Julie Ammann
Julie Ammann: 
A Washington state native, Julie Ammann has lived in Gig Harbor for two decades raising her sons. She holds a BA in architecture from UW-Seattle and is a professional photographer/writer/producer. Community: Gig Harbor Now Reporter, Gig Harbor Conservation Fund Supporter, Gig Harbor Economic Dev. CMTE 2008, Circle of Friends in Action Founding Board member serving women/children in Uganda through resources/sustainable teaching farm program, Women in Film, Minerva, Awarded Volunteer. A runner and outdoors enthusiast, Julie is committed to conservation, clean water, thriving sustainable farms and ecosystems, and striving for a healthy community today and tomorrow.


Tiana Cooper
Tiana Cooper:

Tiana has worked in property management property management since 2003. Tiana’s background includes overseeing development projects, ground-up construction, and tenant improvement projects.

Tiana has been a board member of many owners associations, future leader programs, diversity and inclusion programs, and chaired many programs.

Tiana is passionate about the environment, animal welfare, equine rescue and rehabilitation, and gardening.


Keith Swank
Keith Swank’s Biography:

Elected Experience: Precinct Committee Officer, Vice President of Seattle Police Management Association, Treasurer of my HOA. 

Professional Experience: United States Army veteran, 32-year police commander 

Education: BS Psychology University of Washington 

Community Service: youth baseball and wrestling coach, church volunteer 

Keith Swank’s Statement:
Statement: I grew up on an organic farm. We were organic before organic was cool. I am an avid outdoorsman, and I make sure to take care of all our resources. I have been in leadership at my job for many years. This experience has given me the ability to make well thought out decisions. I will bring that experience with me to enhance our environment.
